I used Lion Brand Tweed Stripes yarn and a 10" bamboo Tunisian crochet hook

Finished size: 68” x 7”

tss:  Tunisian simple stitch
tfs:  Tunisian full stitch
ttt:   Tunisian top thread cross bar foundation stitch
yo:  yarn over

Instructions: 
Ch 23
Row 1:  Forward Pass. Insert hook in 2nd chain from hook, yarn over, draw up a loop. Repeat in each chain across, keep all loops on hook. Do not turn.
Row 2:  Return Pass. Yo, draw through 1 loop on hook, *yo draw through 2 loops on hook. Repeat from * across until you have 1 loop remaining on hook. Do not turn.
Row 3: skip first bar, *tss in the next st, tfs, ttt, tfs. Repeat from* across to last 2 sts, tss in the next st, insert hook through both vertical strands on edge, draw up a loop.
Row 4:  Return Pass. Yo, draw through 1 loop * yo draw through 2 loops, yo draw through 1 loop, yo and draw through 4 loops, yo, draw through 1 loop. Repeat from * across to last 2 sts, yo draw through 2 loops, yo draw through 2 loops. 1 loop remaining on hook.
Row 5: skip first bar, *tss in the next st, tfs, ttt (on top of the 4 loops together), tfs. Repeat from * across to last 2 sts, tss in the next st, insert hook through both vertical strands on edge, draw up a loop.
Row 6: Return Pass. Yo, draw through 1 loop * yo draw through 2 loops, yo draw through 1 loop, yo and draw through 4 loops, yo, draw through 1 loop. Repeat from * across to last 2 sts, yo draw through 2 loops twice. 1 loop remaining on hook.
Repeat Rows 5 and 6 to desired length, ending with a Row 5.
Final Return Pass: Yo, draw through 1 loop, *yo draw through 2 loops. Repeat from * across until you have 1 loop remaining. Fasten off and weave in ends.
