Embroider a triangle in black yarn between the eyes to make the nose. Make a straight line down from the nose and then sew a line to make the mouth. Sew the ears on the top of the hat.

Rnd 3: Sc in next st, 2 sc in next st. Repeat around. (18 sts)
Rnds 4-14: SC around. (18 sts)
Change to black yarn
Rnd15: Sc, ch 1, skip 1. Repeat around. Slipstitch in first sc. (9 sc, 2 ch 1 sp)
Rnd16: Ch 2, dc in each st and ch 1 sp. Join with a slipstitch in top of first dc. (18 sts)

Ties:
With black yarn Chain 55, Fasten off. Weave in and out of eyelet round. Tie in bow.
Ears:
With black yarn make 2
